Amazing Read ! ( )

So I finally read this book. And the only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is in comparison to the Vicious and Ruckus and Broken Knight by the author. Because let's face it, there can never be a villian turned hero, better than the two hot holes : Vicious and Dean .
Coming back to this book, I read it in a day. Because that's what L J Shen does. Get you glued to her story for 9 hours straight. Bea-u-ti-ful with just the right dose of angst. ( )

I felt certain that I had listened to L.J. Shen before, but apparently not - not recorded in Library Thing at least. Which has got me curious as to how I got confused.

With the reason behind the novel's title, I would say that this book stops a little short of the fantasy genre. It is most certainly an enemies to lovers trope, with sad undertones - I'm only a few hours in ... but is this a romcom??? or simply the art of narrator Stephen Dexter making hay from what I might have taken too seriously if I was reading it from the page. The force of the trope as adopted here at least gives the novel energy.

OMG. I absolutely love this book.

I laughed, I cried, I loved. It was amazing. The love story, the plot twist, the ending. It was the most perfect thing.

I, in first place, didn't want to read it (cause I'm not into love triangles), but I read the end (Basically I read who did she choose) and I was satisfied. It was really easy to read and I enjoyed it with all my heart.

Francesca Rossi - she was so innocent and so not. So unique and crazy (When she talked with the flowers). I loved her character. We can see how she grew up, and become more mature, and that was really interesting. And in the end, she chooses the right man.

The man she chooses Wolfe Keaton - Can someone give me a man like him? His pride and feel for justice were so interesting and unusual (for the place he grew up). And all that Alfa-man thing, sarcasm, and dominance made his way to my heart. And, OH, GOD IT WAS SO HOT. HE WAS SO HOT.

The ending was just perfect. Two love stories were completed, and the people had their happily ever after.
