Marianne Grant runs away from her lavacious step-brother and finds a job as a governess to the new Earl of Kingswood where his niece is having mother problems (and Kingswood/ Ash is about to have her want to marry him) but when Marianne arrives under an assumed name he finds himself wanting to be around her and very attracted. If only Marianne can only learn to trust.

The step-brother is so nasty but the relationship built nicely and the two of them came to realise how much they mean to each other and how they complement each other. Enjoyable.
