The audio is everything I've came to expect from Gomez Pugh as Vic. I had a blast with his voice for the old man Hale - and his character is exactly how I imagined Stefan will grow old and sound, hah. I'm trying very hard to pace myself and not read the whole series at once - and the fact that I need to do that even after my n-th re-read says all you need to know about it. I would've finished this terrific installment of PsyCop earlier, but I didn't want to be done yet - but ooh that ending. Not long ago I was gifted book 1's audiobook (awesome, btw - and I rarely like audiobooks) and it is fantastic to see how far Vic's come and yet still be his quintessential self.
Also, my name is Terri Anne, so even hyphenated, the neighbor's name kept making me do a double-take.
Lastly, but never leastly: Jacob is just the BEST guy. (
