This is perfect escapist fiction.
There was sex but this isn't erotica.
The storyline was cute.
I found some of the romance tropes troubling but also expected.
I will definitely read more of this series ( )

This one was not for me. It's partly an issue of not-my-kink. There's a lot of "beloved little wife, can't wait for you to have our babies," and also a ton of shopping for home goods, which is . . . very not my thing. But the major frustration for me was the bewildering lack of romantic interaction between the two husbands. You have three people married to each other, all sharing a bed, and two of them never kiss? I mean, maybe it's plausible? But that's not what I want to read about.

There's also some really troubling disregard of consent. A couple of times in the book, the heroine is either being stubborn or feels rejected and so tries to make troubling choices (presented by the narrative as bad choices). One of the heroes overrides her choices by physically restraining her and threatening to use his societal power as the sheriff and her husband to prevent her from doing what she is trying to do. That's not romance, it's misogynistic abuse. ( )
