Exceptional quality print job and art collection of Junji Ito! The inside cover is printed with a silvery finish and can even dimly shimmer in darker lighting. It includes a variety of prints, both in color and black/white, from a multitude of his works. You'll find art from Tomie, Uzumaki, Soichi's Curses and plenty of other characters (Both widely known and lesser known) from his wide scape of horror! It includes an afterword that includes an index of all the titles of the work used and their page correspondence. Beyond that there is a three page interview with Ito himself. An art book well worth the price for this kind of quality and content. ( )

A collection of covers, frontispieces, and select panels from Junji Ito's many horror graphic novels that gets right to the money shots, serving up some of his biggest moments of body horror and a generous heap of eerie gloom. There is a short interview in the back as well as a one or two sentence commentary by Ito about each image. In addition to Ito's own characters, there are a few portraits of real people: H. P. Lovecraft and some Japanese musicians.

Fun to flip through if you are a fan or just want to be grossed out every few pages. ( )
