Loved it, but with 4000 hair care products, you'd think there would be something that works well on frizzy hair that doesn't make it a greasy mess. There isn't. ( )

Not as user-friendly as I'd hoped. I ended up ripping out the glossary to be able to carry it around with me; the rest is very brand-specific. ( )
