Intro talks about what 5:2 diet is. it's all about fasting for 2 days every week and eat whatever you like the other 5 days. fasting days also have rules to follow.
each recipe starts with a title, servings and list of ingredients. Directions are given and there is NO nutritional information and NO pictures.
Most of the ingredients are listed by measurement and also in weight: grams.
Also ingredients tells you exactly how many calories even the spices take up so you will keep to the caloric intake per day.
Very few recipes but like understanding about this diet plan. ( )
