Omnibus of the Fred the Mermaid books. The first Sleeping With the Fishes we learn that Fred is a half breed mermaid who has been living on land her whole life. That is until someone from the royal family of undersea folk comes to visit. The 2nd book Swimming Without A Net has a big gathering of the undersea folk to decide on if they are going to come out of the closet and announce themselves to surface dwellers. The 3rd Fish Out Of Water has Fred living in FL in a rental house working PR for the undersea folk. Also working on the wedding for her pal Jonas. Until undersea folk start disappearing.

All in all loved all three books. The first we get to meet all of the main characters in the book and great start to a new series. The 2nd I liked over all but the we meet more of the undersea folk and the royal family and the coup that Fred's Dad plotted that was subsequently thrawrted. The 3rd we have the people that go misisng and it starts to read like a mystery. My only problem really is with books 2 and 3 she introduces characters or extreme plot twists that didn't exist anywhere before in the books. I'll give it to her in book three but book two it was more a tidy way to wrap it up with the into of a new character. ( )
