What is a reptile? Where do they live? What do they eat? You can find the simple answers to these questions and more. The author combines full color illustrations with small snippets of information to make this book appealing to the 2nd through 4th grader who has an interest in reptiles of all kinds. There are no reference helps so the book reads more like a picture book. The text is too small and the pages are too text heavy to make a good read aloud, but it would be great for a teacher collection or for the student who is not ready to handle large amounts of information.
