This was a good short book on how deal with anxiety in your life as a Christian. He focuses on Philippians 4, with a step by step progression through the scripture in eleven chapters. The beginning was a more of a confirmation of what I knew already, but the last three chapters and the practical questions for reflection at the end by Jessalyn Foggy were excellent practical advice that I will implement in my daily walk.

Rating - 3 or 4 stars. I believe it will depend mostly on your own personal faith journey. ( )

I really enjoyed this book. I was kinda getting discouraged cause our county is being restricted yet again, but this book did help to give me pause and meditate on how I’m responding during this pandemic.

I seemed to seriously need the thoughts and scriptures that were mentioned; I’m glad I had purchased this book though I don’t remember when I did. ( )
