a little dog is going to decide what he wants to be for halloween. his friends end up scarying him and he decides next year that he is going to be something scary.

I loved the picture book, "Im not Scared!" The book was about a pet dog who is trying to decide what he wants to be for Halloween. The dog goes through many costumes like a wolf, a superhero, a bunny,a wizard, a pumpkin, and much more. In the end of the book the dog decides to be a superhero for Halloween! When all of a sudden three ghosts show up at his door. At first he is scared of the ghosts. The dog soon finds out the ghosts are his friends trying to give him a scare. The book ends with the pet dog deciding he will give his friends a good scare next year!

My personal thoughts of this book were that it was a fun holiday book for a group of children. Also the illustrations of this book were eye catching and enjoyable for young children.

An in class activity I could use from this book would be having the children decide what they want to be for Halloween and drawing pictures of what they would look like!
