As usual, another fun, nostalgic ride. We finally get to meet the outer scouts (aside from Pluto whose been introduced already). It's great to see Uranus depicted as non-binary, because I still recall the whole "cousins" thing from the original English dub of the tv series. There's even a panel where Usagi asks Haruka if they're a girl or a boy and Haruka asks if it even matters. They kiss a couple times too! Woo!

I'm still perplexed by their powers - the girls just randomly get new attacks and it's never explained how or why. I don't even really know that their attacks are different, other than name, because they all either vanquish the enemy or don't. Like Jupiter has some attack with coconuts? What even?

This ends on a total cliffhanger and I know I own the small pb mangas, but I'm going to make myself wait until November for the next edition.

But if you love Haruka and Michiru (Uranus and Neptune) then this is the volume for you! ( )
