What a great resource! This is definitely presented for those new to a whole food plant-based diet, but there are so many tips for heart health and everyday eating. I really appreciated the section on debunking myths, as there are so many myths out there that require fact-checking. This will definitely be something I return to for information and definitely recommend! (I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review). ( )

Informative and insightful read. Received an advanced copy in audio book form, my first audio. It was the perfect method to take notes and do the exercises. The author details how adapting five healthy habits can help transition to a more wholesome lifestyle.
I have used some of the guidelines and implemented them into our household. Of course, modified for myself, my spouse commented that he likes how I have changed how we eat and that we are getting out more. He just has no idea that I'm using this WFPB lifestyle resource to get him healthy again. He's into mountain biking and believes he has to load up on carbs. I have never felt good about his nutrition until reading this book.
