The_Holy_Terror: Both of these manga are about rich kids in high school. They both have lots of comedy and romance and I think if someone enjoys one they'll most definitely enjoy the other.

I found this very formulaic and not that funny at that. It tries to hard to be hilarious and the girls rabid need to beat the guy got boring. Its ok for the genre though.

Honestly, this was pretty dry, but I might have thought differently if I had read this when it first came out. I’m not going to make comparisons, but I have seen other series do this premise more entertaining. I’m not all shoujo-ed out, but I just did not find anything that stood out to me in this volume. I might watch the anime instead because I do not see myself continuing to read this. (

Hikari and Kei are students at an elite school where students are split into groups. Both are in group A or as they call it Special A. Only the very best students can get in this class and Hikari is always fighting with Kei to get the top spot on Special A. The story is full of laughts and the love story between Hikari and Kei is wonderful. (

This eventual romance fleshes out the characters and is an improvement on the repetitive wackiness of the early volumes, but the series remains founded on clichés and most of the members of Special A are no more than ciphers long after they’re introduced.
