I feel the program would be thorough and interesting. Some of the claims seem to be a little much and most desired if they came true.

Silva has a very good rep and I would be interested in taking this if it were in my area and I could afford it. ( )

Really good summary for those who don't have to time to read the original book. Everything is concise and easy to understand. If anything, reading this summary makes me want to purchase the original and see what I'm missing. The Silva Method seems truly extraordinary and can change people's lives. The Silva Method is a meditation technique (sort of) in Alpha/Theta wave where you can visualize positive changes to yourself or others. ( )
