The stories were ok, but I didn't expect or need the receipes ( )

This is probably the last Uhtred book, and I will be sad abut it. He was the most fully realised of all Cornwell's thug heroes, and the Alfred period was vague enough to fit hm well. The short stories are vivid, and the recipes seem good too. ( )
