This is a beautiful book, inside and out. I particularly am enjoying thinking about how it is the LORD who is my shepherd. This psalm often gets lost in platitudes and Christian store memorabilia giving it a over used feel. However, Gibson brings out how wonderful and beautiful this psalm is, linking it to the Exodus story and to Jesus' care of His people in the NT. Gibson helps to remove some of the commercialized feel this psalm has received over the years by expositing the text and for that I am thankful.
