Witty and engaging autobiographical account of Allen's career in radio, from 1932 to about 1949. One does a great deal of insight as to how one put together an OTR show, including the occasional fights with network executives. The only objection I have is that the book is padded somewhat by lengthy script extracts, which weren't really necessary. Other than that, well worth reading. The small handful of Al Hirschfeld illustrations are a bonus. ( ) Zeige 2 von 2 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
