Enjoyed meeting the authors and hear their lessons of leadership ( ) Kouzes and Posner are masters at saying in many words what could be said in few. I guess there's nothing wrong with that as people won't shell out big money for tracts. This might be a good primer for anyone completely unfamiliar with leadership concepts.
