This book is pure facts and information about bears, particularly grizzly bears. There is no storyline or characters. A teacher could use this book to teach children about the bears and even take a field trip to the zoo to see a grizzle bear. Especially in areas where there might be a larger population of bears, students can learn what they would do if they ever saw a bear and what they as students can do to protect the bears that are left.
