In the midst of a fierce argument between her parents and the trampled displacement of gypsies, little Sofia is lost among the people. She is only seven years old and will never be reunited with her family. And although fate gives her other dear parents and a new world, she also faces many painful situations and the patriarchal arrogance of René, the husband who watches over her and deprives her of her freedom. Protected by beings endowed with a thousand-year-old wisdom, gypsy blood and rebellion are imposed through ancient rituals and ceremonies, which ultimately lead to their true origin. Many years after being the victim of this involuntary abandonment, the scene repeats itself: desperate to see Jerónimo, her daughter Flavia is released from her hand in an amusement park. Time seems to go backwards. But, among the crowd, a man carries the girl in his arms. The miracle has happened: Sofia manages to reconcile with her mother and give, finally, with the love of her life. Keine Bibliotheksbeschreibungen gefunden. |
