The book briefly discusses the history of space exploration and of legends of extraterrestrial life like the War of the Worlds radio broadcast. The pictures are fun and eye-catching. This book could stimulate some conversation about life, the solar system and our universe. However, the information presented is very surface-level. The book seems to be more about reading practice that anything else substantial. I loved how this book had both illustrations and photographs. I think it nicely juxtaposed the imaginative thinking about space life, and what we actually know. The illustrations also reminded me of sesame street or where the wild things are. I like how this book can foster discussion between the reader and those being read to. Zeige 3 von 3 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
