Her inclination to study the diet of chimps was nothing short of brilliant. She is relentless in her quest for optimum nutrition and health and leaves no stone unturned. Conducting her own green smoothie experiment led to priceless feedback and clearly changed the lives of some her subjects. It's become clear... if Victoria Boutenko wrote it, you will absolutely benefit from reading it. ( ) Simpatična knjižica, pročitah u jednom dahu. Nije znanstveno potkovana nego laički daje dosta dobar pregled područja, osim onog detalja o pretvorbi elemenata što nažalost ruši vjerodostojnost čitavog izlaganja. Nadahnjujuća. Svakako budi želju i odluku o pijenju zelenih kašastih sokova, što potkrepljuje i mnoštvo svjedočanstava. Isprobat ću recepte na kraju knjige, s obzirom da mi Sever dostavlja eko povrće i upravo imam krcat frižider svježeg zelenog lisnatog povrća. The author is a raw food activist that offers the premise that human beings need to eat more leaves (greens) and that smoothies with greens and sweetened with fruit is the best way to do it. I believe she has good ideas but I am suspect of her science. It's reasonable but not science! The book is readable - and I am adding greens to my daily smoothies. I came across this almost by accident. Someone was cleaning out their books and it caught my eye due to a recent shift to include more vegetables in my diet. I found the book very interesting and informational although occasionally overly enthusiastic (bordering on evangelistic rather than the desired informational encouragement). More importantly, however, is that it makes sense. There are plenty of green smoothie recipes in the back although I haven't followed them yet due to not having all the right ingredients at the same time. Mostly I just throw stuff in a blender and I have been slowly adding the greens to existing fruit-based smoothies to build up to them. Green smoothies are delicious and don't taste "green" at all. An excellent way to get more greens into the diet but, unfortunately, there always seems to be someone asleep in our house and running the blender at the times I want to run it is difficult. I haven’t had much success with preparing smoothies in advance, maybe I need a wider necked flask Zeige 5 von 5 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
