The story's are very simple and easy to follow plots, what makes these books great are the characters and all of the word play. Skeev is a magician's apprentice from the Klah dimension, naturally called a Klahd, Deveels are from Deva and they are all merchants with cloven hooves and horns, etc. These books are great quick reads for when you need a laugh.
