This vintage book contains Alexandre Dumas's enchanting gothic novella, "The Pale Lady." It is a gripping vampire tale about a Polish woman who is adored by two very different brothers. Full of adventure, tragedy, and romance - set in a land of creepy castles and misty monasteries, this volume is highly recommended for fans of gothic literature, and is not to be missed by those who have read and enjoyed other works by this author.
