Review/Critique: Developers want to build a resort on the beach but a girl and the animals use art to show how great the beach is now. This is a good example of fantasy because it is very realistic that people are trying to develop the beach but silly that sea creatures could do art so well. ( )

Written in rhyme so is easy and fun to read. Has really great moral in the book about activism. Beautiful book!

This book would be great to use during Earth Day to teach kids that they need to respect their environment and stand up for what they believe in. ( )

Definitely best for older picture book readers due to the language and busy illustrations, I'd recommend this for about 1st through 3rd grade. The Tons of Fun kids enjoyed it and I'd use it for that age group again. Derek Anderson's appealing illustrations are packed with vibrant colors. ( )
