I love literary maps and this book is a unique and well organized celebration of so many different types of them. In full color and black & white you get to see a very significant collection from all over the world. The author was involved with the traveling Library of Congress exhibit a few years ago showcasing choice selections from the LoC's infamous map collection. There is a detailed introduction into the world of literary maps at the beginning which I found very informative and interesting.
