Dan de Figueiredo gives his own thoughts on their wierd places. Sometimes, painfully honest. I live in Ontario. Over 80% of the places that Dan mentions in this book I never knew or heard of. This book is a keeper. Dan urges to share the book with someone, but how am I suppose to remember about "magnet hill" "the big mosquito" or "art on Spadina"? I am going to visit all these places before I give the book to anyone. ( ) keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
Canada's most populous province may also boast some of the weirdest places in the country. This enjoyable collection features hundreds of odd locales and structures, from a Cold War relic called the Diefenbunker to the world's largest curling stone to the home of famous white squirrels.
