I liked the book fine, but it had a little too much emotional angst and not enough action. ( )

I loathe all the Lash/Lessening passages. I dislike reading anything from their point of views. I would much rather spend more time with the thoughts of Brotherhood and their crew.

I did enjoy the flashbacks with Tohr & Darius - I am curious what else may be in store for Darius's backstory. I wonder if it was always planned to slowly let his info out or if JR Ward realized fans are FANS of Darius (even tho he was given a swift exit in book 1). ( )

Omg so much information!!!! Don't skip any of it! Love this story. Though I cried ALOT. ( )

This is one that is in desperate need of a ReRead.
Why?
I have read every book in this series and the BDL so far.
Now I need to refresh myself on the information provided in it.
A lot happens in this one.

Information about Darius. Which of course means info about John Matthew.
I need a refresher on Lash (the Omega's son)
Eliahu Rathboone a.k.a. Boone.

John Matthew & Xhex are the mc's. Their story is filled with torture, fear, intensity, high suspense and beautiful, steamy, high octane romance.

Oh, and yeah baby! We get to see Rev, Trez and Iam in action.
