I strongly recommend this book for anyone into home brewing who has ever considered turning pro, as well as for anyone with an interest in local history. It is a series of stories about Maine's many successful brewers, complete with descriptions of their unique products and how they brought them to market.

For the rest of us, it's great to have on a coffee table, for leafing through and learning about the inner workings of Maine's expanding beer business and the family tree of the ale you just finished. Be warned, however, that every page of this book will make you thirsty.… (mehr)
