Patron Does not exist

I have an issue with singing out material. The signout page loads fine, but when I click 'save' I get an error message that tells me the patron does not exist.

Can you private message me, or email me directly at kristi@librarything.com, and let me know which page you're working from (such as https://www.librarycat.org/admin/checkinout), along with exactly what you're putting into the patron box, to select the patron? Are you using the patron autocomplete feature to click-and-select the patron, or are you manually typing in the patron's full name?
