Common Knowledge autofill not working

For the last day or so, I cannot get the autofill pop-up to appear for any CK fields on the main page of a work, including People/Characters, Important Places, Related Movies, Blurbers, and Original Language. (Autofill does work for the Tags field at the top of the page.)
I'm using Chrome on a desktop iMac. I also tried Safari. I am behind on system and browser upgrades.
p.s., In the past, when the pop-up does not appear after typing the first four letters, I am usually able to use the down arrow to still cycle through options, but that also is not working at this time.
