Automatically Trigger "more" Button in Synopsis

I would love to have the option, possibly as a profile setting, to automatically expand the synopsis/summary of a work on each individual work page. I open a great number of these pages, and having to click or key in the "more" button each time is (very mildly) inconvenient.
