I made my first item from this cookbook tonight (10/1/2011) - page 206 'Pistachio Peanut Bonbons'. My husband and I love them! Looking forward to trying more recipes from this book. Also - very interested, these days, in eating 'vegetarian', 'vegan', 'plant-based' - well, damn healthy! May be trying tofu for the first time soon.
