B (Good).

So much of what the show does is presenting a mystery, it really makes no sense to me to judge it when I don't know if it has a satisfying ending or not. I'm feeling optimistic about it, though - provided they don't try to drag it out for more than a few seasons.

B (Good)

The new music is absolutely terrible, wrote-it-on-the-drive-to-the-studio caliber songwriting. But other than that, this is a lot better than I expected. It feels like if a lost season of the original series had been filmed in HD. Those songs are really hard to stomach, though.

The original is my all-time favorite TV show, and this didn't upset me, so I guess it's alright. It's 100% an early pandemic Let's-Pretend-We're-Still-Making-TV-Shows show, but there's enough promise that I'm almost looking forward to watching the new reboot series.
