A remarkable book, actually two books: one on investment in the stock market, and the other on life, with the link being the amazing effect of compounding, of relatively small efforts repeated over long periods. I cannot say that the investment tips are going to be very helpful, as I cannot see how we can develop the capacity to predict performance of companies or their scrips much better. But the life tips are powerful, not the least that one should strive to an inner ideal, and not for external rewards or comparisons with others. The author learnt much of both subjects from such investment legends as Warren Buffet and Charlie Munger, so he has some credibility!… (mehr)
