Brenna Bailey

This is a sweet romance featuring older adults. It's a quick read and Evvie and Matthias fit together well. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the third act breakup which is a common feature of many romance novels. This one felt a bit contrived -- I always wish characters would just communicate more, but I am aware that real people aren't always great at that either. Still the resolution was satisfying and the holiday feels are excellent for those wanting a hallmark type Christmas romance but a bit Queer (protags are both bi)
