Starts off with a way too cute meet but it takes off in a fun direction from there. I enjoyed the interaction and dialogue between the characters. How they each try to change each other's mind and have a romance date one weekend and a sex date another. I definitely need to read the other books in the series. I hate when I don't start with the first! But now I will definitely go back and read the others. Elise is a lawyer and Jack is a judge who falls in love with Elise at first sight in his courtroom. He recuses himself from the case so that he can pursue her. But Elise has a lot of baggage from her parent's divorce in her childhood. Combine this with Jack's relentless pursuit and effort to make Elise fall in love with him, create a humorous but touching road that takes them to a discovery and understanding and LOVE. I recommend it but if you're like me, start with the first one in the series!… (mehr)
