Nic's Suite Santa: A Montana Weekend Novella von Cynthia Bruner
This is a sweet Christmas romance. I found the beginning a bit confusing since the author didn't clue us in as to what Nic was doing there or why she didn't want to be around Mark right away. I liked both Nic's and Mark's interactions with the kids. I liked that Mark remembered things about what Nic liked and that he stood up for her and stood with her when things looked tough.

I really enjoyed this book, I think it was the simplicity of it. The relationships were very down-to-earth and real. That's what makes or breaks a story like this for me. The novella provided a clear 'snapshot' of a rusty wedding weekend, and was beautifully described. I loved the sparks between Meg and Gage, I felt as if I was actually witnessing a budding relationship. With that being said this book may not be for everyone, it is clearly a work of Christian fiction. Nothing overpowering, I had no real issues with the light touch of Christianity, however I known some people may.… (mehr)
