Good motivation and analysis of what is holding you back personally. Not over muffled with finance bro crap and sole focus on income. How to motivate yourself permanently.
As far as life-changing and inspirational novels go, this novel deserves to be between ten most life-changing and inspirational novels ever written, for it shares with its avid reader this truly life-changing and this truly inspirational story of a young man who has lost his way in life and who has lost his way in love, and is suddenly thrown into this crazy and this wild incredible life-changing journey at the very large abandoned amusement park, and forced to face various different life-changing lessons as he goes through its various different attractions and various different people with their own stories to tell who run those attractions. I have to say that I shed quite a few tears, for this story can really make even a grown man cry. And I've learned quite a few life-changing lessons not just about life and not just about love, but about myself as well, the most important lesson of all being that I should never take my life, my love, and myself for granted, and that I should always love, cherish, and value those who genuinely and truthfully love, cherish, and value me, my Self, for who I really am, for they are the ones who impact my life in a very positive way and push me forward towards my much brighter future.… (mehr)

In the book, Brendon comes across as caring, compassionate, and understanding. I appreciated his take on the 10 human drives (although I argue there are way more than 10, and he just chose the ones that resonated the most with him, but whatever). I was surprised to see him include Consciousness in the list, as that's not something I often see mentioned in most personal development books.
I also walked away with a couple of great tools I can share with my clients, and with a deeper understanding of what I want from my life and my business. And honestly, that's exactly why I read these types of books, so I'm happy to have picked it up.… (mehr)
