Nothing new here, but it was good to get a fast reading refresher.
The Beardstown Ladies became famous for their investment club and their down home attitude toward investing. They follow a philosphy of doing their homework before any investing. This is a small book with tid bits of their investing wisdom. While the tips are good, you can literally read this entire book in less than 15 minutes. I wouldn't imagine anyone paying full retail price for this book. I guess it's a great investment for the Beardstown Ladies. Most of this is just common sense anyway.
