Simon Drew

I find Mister Simon Drew himself a far more fascinating character than his books, which although beautifully illustrated in fine pen and ink work, make me groan inwardly with pain over the awkward 'cracker joke' like puns.
Example: Elephants Gerald (Ella Fitzgerald), Wolf gang mows art.
There are around fifty such examples, all as bad or worse I'm afraid.

Pleasing silliness of image and word that is not to be put anywhere near those averse to puns.
