Earthquakes is an informational text about earth quakes and tectonic plates. This book highlights important vocabulary for understanding plate tectonics as well as earthquakes. Earthquakes would also be beneficial to help teach students about tools provided in informational books.
This book poses funny questions with serious answers. It is a good short introduction to serious issues, and would be great as part of morning meeting. It covers most big topics and many little ones (48 in all).
