Excellent book that I would break down into the following themes:

1) A real-life example/lesson on how the author won a six-month honeymoon sweepstakes, including the exact manifesting steps she took to "clear the decks" for her honeymoon

2) A manifesting process that you can "rinse and repeat"

3) Pep talks around self-image, self-love and self-care

4) The importance of forgiveness work

5) Steps to incorporate the Law of Attraction into your business

If you need guidance--or even reminders--about these topics, be sure to read LUCKY BITCH!… (mehr)

This book definitely focuses more on mindset than actionable advice, however she does include things like scripts you can use on customers if you are increasing your prices which I thought were very helpful. Listened as an audiobook and she is very motivational.

I am skeptical of Law of Attraction theories, but I've had some good results with this book -- especially in the area of clearing past negative emotions, memories, and associations with money which can sabotage my present affluence.

Denise is a fun and sassy guide to doing the inner work necessary to develop a positive, loving relationship with money -- and did I mention I'm already seeing results?

To be clear: this is not a book that will tell you how to invest, or how to evaluate financial products. It's more on the spiritual/woo-woo side of things. But the older I get the more I believe that you have to have a solid emotional/spiritual relationship with money in order for whatever intellectual knowledge you have to actually be of any benefit.

If you like your advice with a dash of irreverence and a lot of practicality, this is an excellent book.

Denise Duffield-Thomas is a delightful, inspirational guide to entrepreneurism. She unabashedly shares her delight in her own successes and mistakes along with her delight in helping others experience the same, but on their own terms. She understands that one size does not fit all when it comes to creating a business, but that there are certain tips and principles which can help anyone. Reading her book is like an extended coffee date with your super-successful best friend who thinks that you can be equally successful and she's going to help you make it happen.

I'm also a fan of her "Get Rich, Lucky Bitch"!
