Sammy Dunn

Great read about a great High School Baseball Coach. Sammy Dunn coached the Vestavia Hills class 6a baseball team to seven straight State Championships and nine of ten during that period. His book is an autobiography of his years in coaching from 1975 until 2000. It is told with the spirit and enthusiasm of a coach enthrall with his kids. Yes over the years they become his kids, his family, shared with their parents.

The book could have used an editor as it becomes obvious the publication was self-published and promoted. The story depicts the hard work young athletes endure when pursuing championships.

I recommend this book to any group or team needing motivation or fuel for your team. Never say quit and read this book.… (mehr)
