This is a perfect little introduction for young children to the natural world around Mount Rainier. It clearly educates kids about the plants, trees, and animals, through insects, and the climate of the region.

There are suggested games and activities, a little local history, a little education on not interfering with the animals, not trampling the flowers, ecology and so on.
This is a perfect little booklet that should add to the child's interest in the visit, and appreciation of the Rainier area.
