It sounds like the kind of advice you get in little pieces from beauty therapists or sales people in chemists. It's somewhat repeditive but still quite interesting. The kind of thing you'd give a young woman who was interested in this sort of stuff.

This little book is loaded with a million (okay, 1001) ways to help the environment. There are tons of things you can do that most people haven't thought of, mentioned, etc., and just looking through the book can tell you all kinds of things. did you know to clean the back of your refrigerator to make it run better? Five minutes will give you fifty ideas to make things better (and save on your energy bill to boot!)
