He is the founder and executive director of Heartlight, a residential counseling center for teens, which has helped more than 2,500 struggling adolescents. Tough Guys and Drama Queens: How Not to Get… von Mark Gregston

I highly recommend this book for anyone who deals with kids. This author does "preach to the choir" but he also gives honest feedback and some reasonable tips to consider using. You can read more of my review at http://www.tidbitsofexperience.com .
