This book came out when I was in High School and I was running Cross County and Track. My Aunt bought this book for me and I read parts of it off and on, along with other books on Running. I had a subscription to Runner’s World so this book was one of the many ‘Reads’ in my collection. I wish I still had my copy of the book.½
