A Man Among Ghosts by Steven Hopstaken brings us a scary ordeal of a man who encounters ghosts in his house. Foe the first few pages nothing much happens. But after few incidents the plot picks its pace and the real terror starts. The most exciting part of the plot is that we are left to figure out that is it our character's schizophrenia or real ghosts he is seeing. It was really an enjoyable read.

These books are always good fun. It took me a little while to get used to the epistolary form, it not being something I come across often, but it ends up working really well. An entertaining story with witches, reanimated corpses, gore and humour. Definitely read this if you enjoyed the other books, but I think you could read this without reading them first. There are references to the previous stories, but this is very much its own story.
More fun with Bram Stoker and Oscar Wilde fighting vampires and other supernatural creatures! This time they travel to American and visit the Old West. I loved the cameos from real people, especially Calamity Jane! Also, it was great to see a shout out to the John Carter of Mars series by Edgar Rice Burroughs. Oscar Wilde's dry wit and tons of action are a bonus.
